Island Spirit is an Oasis of Calm and Relaxation

We kindly ask you to turn your cell phone to silent mode while at the spa.

We also are a no smoking establishment.

We highly value the time of our excellent therapists.

We suggest you arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment so we can start on time.

Cancellation Policy: If for some reason you cannot meet the appointment time simply give us a call 24 hours ahead so we have the opportunity to book another client in that space.

If you do not let us know 24 hours in advance you may be liable for half of the cost of your service.

We try very hard to provide you with the exact service you are looking for.

Sometimes due to illness etc. your favorite therapist may not be available.

We will make every effort to inform you, our valued client, as soon as possible.

We do reserve the right to substitute a therapist if needed.

• Prices are for actual treatment times on the table.
• Prices do not include Hawaii GE Tax (4.71%).
• Our therapists strive to provide excellent and personalized treatments for you. Gratuities are always welcomed.

For our insurance clients: We do everything possible to collect from your insurance company.

Generally we take care of all billings, phone calls, and other tasks that are involved with working with them.

But, for whatever reason, if they refuse to pay, you may be liable for the services rendered.
